Step 1 – SELECT AREA(S) WHERE YOU WANT TO SEARCH ON THE SAN FRANCISCO DISTRICT SEARCH MAP.

  a. If you are not sure which area your neighborhood is in, scroll your mouse over each District to get a list of neighborhoods in that District. If the neighborhoods you want are located in more than one District, click on the link that says - to search on multiple districts click here. All Districts will be listed on the right and you can click each one you want to search in. Click Begin Search and all neighborhoods in the districts you selected will appear. You can select as many neighborhoods as you want in as many Districts as you want.

Step 2 – SELECT PROPERTY TYPE. San Francisco has many types of properties – Condominiums, Lofts, TICs. etc… The Fixed Rate search engine allows you to search through all property types at once or separately as you wish.

Step 3 – SELECT NEIGHBORHOOD(S). Click on each of the neighborhood(s) you are interested in. If the neighborhood isn’t on your list then it’s in a different district. Go back to the main map and select.

Step 4 – SELECT PRICE RANGE. Make sure you consider the minimum pricing as well as maximum to avoid returning too many properties. For example, if you are willing to pay up to a million dollars for your home or condo, it’s unlikely you’re going to find something for less than $600,000. You should set the minimums accordingly.

Step 5 – SEARCH OR ADD ADDITIONAL SEARCH OPTIONS. If you want to fine tune your search even further, add as many of the additional search options as you like, then click search. Keep in mind that checking certain items such as garage will drastically reduce your choices. Since there is often leased parking nearby in San Francisco, we recommend leaving this out of your search.

NOTE: IF YOU SEE THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE – * Some properties may not appear on this map. Click here to see full results of your search – this means there are more than 50 properties that are available with your chosen criteria. By clicking on Click here you will see the full list.
