Click on as many counties as you want and then click Begin Search. All cities in all the counties you selected will be listed here and you can click each one you want. You can select as many cities as you want in as many counties as you want.
b. IF YOU SELECTED THE WRONG COUNTY ON THE MAP or need to search in multiple counties, click the Return to CountyMap link or backspace and click on to search on multiple counties click here. |
Step 2 – SELECT PROPERTY TYPE. The Fixed Rate search engine allows you to search for single family homes and condos separately or at the same time. You can also search for land and income properties as well.
Step 3 – SELECT CITY(S). Click on each of the city(s) you are interested in. If the city isn’t on your list then it’s in a different county. Go back to the main map and select the county(s) you want.
Step 4 – SELECT PRICE RANGE. Make sure you consider the minimum pricing as well as maximum to avoid returning too many properties. For example, if you are willing to pay up to a million dollars for your home or condo, it’s unlikely you’re going to find something for less than $600,000 that you would find suitable. You should set the minimums accordingly.
Step 5 – SEARCH OR ADD ADDITIONAL SEARCH OPTIONS. If you want to fine tune your search even further, add as many of the additional search options as you like, then click search. Keep in mind that checking certain items such as garage will drastically reduce your choices. Since there is often leased parking nearby in San Francisco, we recommend leaving this out of your search.
NOTE: IF YOU SEE THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE – * Some properties may not appear on this map. Click here to see full results of your search – this means there are more than 50 properties that are available with your chosen criteria. By clicking on Click here you will see the full list.
SAVING SEARCHES/EMAIL UPDATES/ADDING NEW SEARCHES/MODIFYING EXISTING SEARCHES – In order to do any of these you must have a property organizer account. The Property Organizer is free, easy to use, and requires nothing more to register than your name and email address. Fixed Rate Properties never shares client information with anyone.
