For those of you first time Buyers, here’s how a typical transaction works:
Sellers contract with a Real Estate company to sell their property for a negotiated commission rate, with one portion allotted for the Listing Agent and another for the Selling Agent (the Agent representing the Buyer). Sometimes the same company handles both ends of the transaction dual agency), but usually that is not the case. Whatever commission the Seller pays us, we rebate 20% of our fee direct to you.
